Privacy policy

Edit Videos edits video entirely on your device. This page states plainly what that means and what little data exists at all.

Your video

Video and audio you open in Edit Videos are never uploaded to us. There is no server in the editing path — the file is read, processed, and saved back to your device using your browser's own capabilities. If you send a video to Discord, it goes from your browser straight to Discord, and the channel you picked is remembered only in this browser.

Anonymous usage data

We collect anonymous, aggregated counts — things like which video codecs browsers support, or whether an export succeeded — to keep the product working. This data contains no file names, no file contents, and no identifiers tied to you, and it cannot be used to reconstruct anything about your video.

Advertising

Pages on this site may show ads served by Google. Where required, a consent prompt lets you control ad and analytics cookies before they load; declining does not limit any editing feature.
